1. What is Photon Realms?
Photon Realms offers a mobile VR (virtual reality) experience for parties, events, and gatherings. We bring immersive VR games and experiences directly to your location.
2. How do I book an event with Photon Realms?
You can book an event by visiting our website (Booking), selecting your preferred package, and completing the booking process. You’ll need to provide basic details, such as the event date, time, location, and the number of players.
3. What are the different event packages available?
We offer three main packages:
- Small Package: 2 hours (up to 4 players)
- Large Package: 2 hours (up to 8 players)
We also offer Custom Packages that can be tailored to your specific needs.
4. What are the payment options?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Gogle Pay and others.
5. How do I cancel or reschedule my booking?
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before the event. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee (50%). If rescheduling, we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
6. Are there any age restrictions for using the VR experience?
Our VR experiences are suitable for most ages. However, any participant under the age of 18 requires parental or guardian consent. A parent or guardian must also be present at the event for participants under 18.
7. What kind of space is required for the VR setup?
Each VR station requires a minimum 10×10 feet of clear, unobstructed space and a ceiling height of at least 8 feet. For optimal experience, please ensure the space is free from obstacles and hazards.
8. Can I set up the VR equipment outdoors?
Yes! We can set up outdoors as long as the area is shaded and protected from weather conditions like rain or strong winds. A tent or canopy is recommended for outdoor events.
9. Do I need to provide anything for the event?
You will need to provide a clean and open space, with access to two 120V electrical outlets. We’ll bring all the VR equipment, including headsets, controllers, and games.
10. What happens if the space I provide isn’t suitable for the setup?
If the space provided is smaller than the required 10×10 feet or doesn’t meet safety standards, we will notify you. If you choose to proceed, you accept responsibility for any issues, including equipment damage or safety concerns.
11. What happens if a VR headset or equipment is damaged?
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the VR equipment due to misuse or negligence. Repair or replacement fees will be charged to the client.
12. Do you offer discounts for large groups or recurring events?
We offer discounts for larger events or recurring bookings. Please reach out to us directly for more details and to discuss your specific needs.
13. Can I take photos or videos during the event?
You are welcome to take photos and videos during the event. However, Photon Realms may also capture footage for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be featured in our promotional material, please let us know in advance.
14. What happens if my booking is canceled by Photon Realms?
If Photon Realms needs to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as equipment failure or natural disasters), we will offer a full refund or work with you to reschedule the event.
